Our Fees
NO UPFRONT FEES
At Accelerate HR, we realize that hiring a new employee is one of a business's most costly endeavors, in both time and money spent. We fully appreciate that the right—or wrong—hire can greatly affect your bottom line. To minimize your risk we don't ask for any upfront fees. We'll handle the initial candidate search and screening without asking for a penny.
Contingency Only
We have faith in our process, so there is no cost to review our candidate resumés or conduct interviews, and no charge to consult with us about your needs or the search process. Only after you have chosen to hire one of our qualified candidates do we charge a fee, which is a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary.
