BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS -We begin the recruiting process by learning everything we can about your needs. In other words, we begin a dialog. We'll have lots of questions about your organization and your hiring requirements. We'll want to know your organization's history, projected growth, size, culture, salary ranges, who the competition is and more.

GATHERING THE FACTS
- Once we've painted the big picture we focus on the details. At Accelerate HR we listen, then listen some more. We'll take into account each position's required skill set, responsibility level, how it fits in your organization, salary requirements, and so on. These facts are the blueprint for each position, and help us plan each unique recruitment search.

THE SEARCH BEGINS - Once we're satisfied we've gathered enough facts, we get to work. We develop a unique strategy for every position we're helping you fill. After all, you look in different places and in different ways for top-notch computer programmers than you do for a world-class CFO. A targeted search and screening strategy might include using professional organizations and contacts, your competitors, networking, associations, job boards, our personal contacts and more. Once we create a strategy we don't rest until we find the best candidates.

COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE
- To be successful, the recruitment and hiring process requires continuous communication, at every step. We pride ourselves on effectively and discretely creating dialog between all parties involved. Why is this so important? Because communication helps us spot problems-and delays-before they appear. Delays can mean lost talent, lost money, and loss of future growth for your company. - Okay, so we've found a promising candidate or two, or more. What's next? Finding the right person is only half the battle, especially if he or she is currently employed. When necessary, we market the position-and your company-to the candidate. When we find a good fit we present the candidate to you. But we don't disappear at this point. We stay involved to gather feedback no matter the outcome. This way we learn more about your process and needs, so we can be even more focused when we search for your next candidate.

THE FINAL CHOICE - If you ask, we'll work with you to conduct reference checks, skills assessments, salary comparisons, or anything else you need during the final steps of the hiring process.
